Privacy Policy
Welcome
Welcome to Inovetix ("Inovetix," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly and lawfully.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or engage with our products and services. It also describes the rights available to you and how to exercise them.
By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Who We Are (Data Controller)
Inovetix is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
- Legal entity: Inovetix Ltd.
- Privacy contact: privacy@inovetix.com
- Website: www.inovetix.com
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the Inovetix website, our marketing pages, the contact form, the live chat widget, the booking modal, and any other interaction you have with us through our website.
It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we link to from our website. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information.
Information You Provide to Us
You may voluntarily provide information when you submit our contact form, request a consultation or proposal, communicate with us by email or chat, subscribe to newsletters or updates, apply for employment opportunities, or otherwise interact with our team.
Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, project requirements, preferred budget range, the service you are interested in, and any other information you choose to include in your message.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure and Google Tag Manager (GTM) may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, referring website, pages visited, date and time of access, and basic usage and interaction data.
This information is used to operate the website, monitor security, prevent abuse, and improve performance and user experience.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to enable core website functionality, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and (where permitted) measure marketing effectiveness.
We distinguish between strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the website to operate, and non-essential cookies (functional, analytics, and marketing). Where required by law, we request your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can accept, reject, or adjust your preferences at any time through our cookie consent banner or preference center.
For full details, see our Cookie Policy, or update your choices anytime via .
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information through the following channels. Each channel is mapped to the specific data types above and to the legal basis described in Section 3.
- Contact form (residential contact form on /contact and the form on the homepage): when you submit a message, we receive your name, email address, the selected service, optional budget range, and the message body. Submissions are sent to our team via Resend, a transactional email provider.
- Live chat widget (custom ChatWidget on every page): when you start a conversation, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of the messages you send. Conversations are processed by our chat backend, which routes them to GoHighLevel (GHL) Conversation AI.
- Booking modal (Calendly embed triggered by Book Call and Talk to Expert buttons): when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any meeting details you choose to provide, governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
- LeadConnector form (GHL) (the inline form on /contact when present): when you submit this form, the data is sent directly to GHL, governed by GHL's privacy policy.
- Server logs and GTM (first-party): our hosting infrastructure and Google Tag Manager collect IP address, user agent, and interaction events for security, performance, and analytics.
- Cookies and local storage (see Cookie Policy): we set strictly necessary cookies, and (with consent) functional, analytics, and marketing cookies. The custom chat widget stores a session ID, conversation/contact IDs, message history, and collected name/email in your browser's local storage.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our website and services; respond to inquiries and support requests; prepare proposals and project estimates; communicate regarding services and projects; send company updates and marketing communications (where permitted); monitor website security and prevent fraud; recruit and evaluate job applicants; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We send marketing communications only where we have a lawful basis to do so, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us at privacy@inovetix.com.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- Consent — for example, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver services you or your organization have requested, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
- Compliance with a legal obligation — for example, tax, accounting, employment, or regulatory record-keeping requirements.
- Legitimate interests — for security, basic analytics, service improvement, and business communication, balanced against your rights and interests. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
We share information with the following categories of service providers, who process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) / LeadConnector — chat backend, contact/conversation storage, and the inline form and booking iframe on /contact. Data is transferred to GHL's infrastructure in the United States.
- Resend — transactional email provider used to deliver contact-form submissions to our team. Email content is processed by Resend on our behalf.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Ireland Limited — first-party tag management and the analytics tags loaded through GTM, used only with your consent.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to run, secure, and deliver the website.
All third-party service providers are bound by contractual obligations to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures and to process personal information only as instructed by us. We may also disclose information to professional advisors, regulators, tax authorities, or law enforcement where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International Data Transfers
Because we use global service providers, your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
You may contact us using the details below to request more information about the safeguards we apply to international transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill contractual obligations, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain legitimate business records. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it where practical.
- Contact-form submissions: retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a business record, typically up to 24 months.
- Chat conversations: retained in GHL for the lifetime of the conversation record, configured by our team.
- Cookie-consent records: retained for up to 12 months to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
- Job applications: retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, where required, for a limited period afterward in line with applicable employment law.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and least-privilege practices for our internal team and service providers.
While we strive to protect your information, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal information; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to processing of your personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and request data portability of your personal information in a structured, commonly used format.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. The UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and your country's national data protection authority can be contacted through their official websites.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell; the right to delete and to correct your information; the right to opt out of sale or sharing (note: we do not sell or share personal information as defined under that law); the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out); and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@inovetix.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law permits.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses, organizations, and individuals aged 18 or older, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.
11. Recruitment and Employment Applications
If you apply for a position with Inovetix, we may collect information such as your resume or CV, employment history, educational background, professional qualifications, and interview notes and assessment results. This information is used solely for recruitment, hiring, and employment-related purposes, and is retained in accordance with Section 7.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website contains links to third-party websites, applications, and services, and embeds third-party services such as the GHL inline form, the GHL booking modal, and the Calendly booking modal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
13. Microsoft Customer Connect (No Longer Loaded)
Our website previously loaded a Microsoft Customer Connect support widget. This widget is no longer loaded on the website, and no data is currently sent to Microsoft Customer Connect. Any reference to Microsoft Customer Connect in older versions of this policy is retained for historical accuracy only.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, business operations, or services. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
