About the Role

We are hiring a results-oriented Full Stack Social Media Marketing Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end digital growth. This role combines social media management, SEO, paid advertising, budgeting, and brand awareness campaign execution.

You will be responsible for building a strong online presence, driving engagement, and generating measurable growth across platforms while working on a night shift aligned with international markets.

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Salary: BDT 50,000 – 70,000 BDT (depending on experience)

Must Have: A strong portfolio (personal branding and past work will be reviewed) Good English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6–7 speaking level or similar fluency)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  2. Plan and manage monthly content calendars
  3. Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
  4. Create engaging posts, captions, and campaign ideas
  5. Coordinate design and video content (or create using tools like Canva)
  6. Schedule and publish content across platforms
  7. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  8. Optimize social profiles and content for search visibility
  9. Collaborate on website/blog SEO (on-page basics, content optimization)
  10. Drive organic traffic through integrated content strategies
  11. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  12. Allocate and manage monthly marketing budgets efficiently
  13. Monitor ROI, CPC, CPA, and adjust campaigns accordingly
  14. Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and messaging
  15. Design and execute brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms
  16. Develop campaign concepts, messaging, and positioning
  17. Track reach, impressions, engagement, and brand lift metrics
  18. Ensure campaigns align with overall business goals
  19. Track KPIs across social media, SEO, and paid campaigns
  20. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  21. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results
  22. Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
  23. Build and maintain an active online community
  24. Handle basic customer engagement and feedback loops

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing
  2. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy
  3. Experience managing paid ad campaigns and budgets
  4. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
  5. Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  6. Strong copywriting and communication skills
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment
  8. Strong time management and accountability

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with international markets
  2. Video editing and short-form content creation skills
  3. Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  4. Experience in brand building or storytelling campaigns
