Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Full Stack JavaScript Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web and mobile applications using both front-end and back-end technologies. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, product managers, and other engineers. You will also troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while implementing best practices and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Qualifications

1. Expertise in Full-Stack Development, including proficiency with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
2. Experience in Front-End Development, including expertise in crafting responsive user interfaces with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
3. Proficiency in Back-End Web Development with experience in server-side programming and database management
4. Strong knowledge of Software Development principles and best practices, including agile methodologies
5. Advanced understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive and design-rich applications
6. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
7. Proven ability to lead a development team and drive projects from concept to completion
8. Proficiency with tools like Git, Docker, and version control systems is advantageous
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

What you’ll do

1. Lead and mentor developers while coordinating across design, QA, and engineering
2. Own client-facing technical delivery, including requirement alignment, demos, and progress updates
3. Turn business needs into clear technical execution plans and drive delivery against milestones
4. Review architecture, code quality, and key technical decisions while helping resolve production issues
5. Maintain strong engineering practices across Git workflows, CI/CD, and release processes

4. Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows
5. Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and comfort working with remote teams
6. Availability for client meetings during US business hours
